As part of the integration of the Micro Focus and NetManage businesses, the
content of the OneStep Support Portal has been merged into the Micro Focus
SupportLine website at http//supportline.microfocus.com.
This is the web portal for all Micro Focus and NetManage product support,
designed to assist you in the support of your NetManage product suite.
One of the most valuable services we offer is the ability to raise and manage
your product issues online. Raising issues in this way ensures they are logged
immediately and allocated to one of our technical experts without delay. You
can then follow the progress of the issue and post additional information
directly through the website. To use this facility, select My Incidents from
the SupportLine home page.
To log in, please use the same UserId that you used to access the NetManage
support site. Your new password will have been sent to you via email. If you
cannot remember your UserId or have not received an email detailing your new
password, please contact us for assistance.
