Developer Support for NetManage products is sold on an individual subscription basis. This is separate from and in addtion to basic maintenance programs such as OneStep Silver, Gold or Platinum.

NetManage also offers consulting services for any items not covered by a Developer Subscription such as custom application creation or debugging and optimization of customer written code.
