Some of these patches require passwords. If you see
the message "SKIPPING ENCRYPTED FILE..." when extracting, you'll
need to contact Technical Support for a password.
NOTE:PC/TCP for
OS/2 v. 1.3.1 makes all older patches obsolete. Please update to
version 1.3.1 (available as 131disks.exe below).
The routed12.exe patch remains valid - for pre-1.3.1 versions ONLY.
